Shipping
Ordering & payment (PayPal link workflow)
By submitting your order, you place a non-binding order request. We’ll review your request and send you a personal PayPal payment link by email. The purchase contract is concluded only once you complete payment via that PayPal link. After successful payment, we ship your order and provide tracking.
Returns & withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Business customers (B2B) are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

Note: For orders where shipping is included in the product price (e.g. Germany), there is no separate outbound shipping fee to refund. If a shipping upgrade is selected, only the standard shipping portion will be refunded. Return shipping costs are not refunded and must be paid by the customer.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email before the deadline. You don’t need to provide a reason.
